IBCM is not a central authority or representative voice. It does not exist to prescribe how churches or ministries should operate.
Its role is to foster relationships, create pathways for connection, and encourage the Lord’s people in shared mission.
History
IBCM began in 1993 and has helped bring together believers and ministry leaders through global and regional gatherings.
Today, it continues that work with a renewed focus on connection, encouragement, and mission.

Phil Barnes
Executive Director
Phil has served as a Trustee of IBCM, Executive Director of MSC Canada and in leadership roles with various ministries.
Dan Mearns
Financial Director
Dan is widely known for his financial experience, both in the business world and in many ministries to which he has contributed his expertise.
Neil Summerton
Administrative Consultant
Neil, with his decades of administrative experience, played a central role in organizing many IBCM conferences. He has also served as a Trustee of IBCM.
