Becoming an Effective Spiritual Leader

How can you influence people toward spiritual maturity and Christlike behavior? How can elders lead their churches in a distinctively spiritual way, so that people are actually growing in all aspects of their Christian life? This is about more than just organizing church activities. To be sure, Scripture teaches us, “All things must be done decently and in order” (1 Cor. 14:40). However, a church can be well organized but spiritually weak!

In this conference, we are considering how to emulate the spiritual leadership of our Lord Jesus Christ. We will learn insights into effectively leading others toward spiritual maturity and equipping them for the “work of service.” This is foundational to the elder’s work and crucial to leaders at all levels in the church. Christ-focused leadership puts the emphasis on what God desires to do in people’s lives.

But what does this look like in practice? What do spiritual leaders actually do?  How do we go about having a genuine impact on people’s spiritual lives? These are the questions we will be addressing in this conference.

Join us for a day of building your effectiveness as a spiritual leader. Your church, your ministry, your organization needs you to lead in a Christlike way!
